Technical questions relating to products developed or distributed by Sekur.it can be sent by email to the address Request online. In order to be processed, your request must transit through this address and include the maximum possible amount of information, including at least:

  • The name and contact information of someone with a good knowledge of the issue encountered.
  • A thorough description of the issue encountered and the circumstances having led to it, including software settings, with an exact transcript of the error message if one was displayed.
  • If the problem stems from a particular file, it must be attached to your message or, if its size is more than 5 Mb, placed in a reachable remote location with access information provided in your email.
  • If applicable, a description of the steps to be followed in order to replicate the issue.
  • The serial number or protection key ("dongle") code of the affected system.
  • The workarounds that have been tried.
  • Any other relevant information.
